C | 据了解，该项目是国内首单通过中国信托登记有限责任公司预登记的林票信托项目，系国内首次以林业生物资产作为信托底层资产的创新产品。项目由三明市供销投资集团有限责任公司和沙县夏茂供销合作社作为委托人联合出资，兴业国际信托有限公司作为受托管理人，沙县区森林资源收储管理有限公司则作为项目融资方，三方通过信托机制将沉睡的零散森林资源转化为可计算、可流转、可投资的标准化金融资产，促进林票制度与现代金融体系深度融合。 2023年11月，全国首单林业生物资产票据——“林票2.0”在沙县落地，从此林票正式登上产权交易中心平台，实现了跨主体、市场化流通，林农手中的股权凭证真正变成了可交易、可增值的资产。 “这次签约打破了林票融资长期依赖传统银行信贷的单一格局，创新了‘社会资本进山入林’的直接融资渠道，让‘林票2.0’流通起来，成为‘盘活万重山’的新工具。”兴业国际信托有限公司相关业务负责人介绍，传统信托业务底层资产多集中于债权、不动产、股权等品类，本次业务拓展信托可投绿色资产边界，创新将“林票2.0”纳入信托底层资产池，丰富了绿色信托资产投向。
